No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase does not increase your chances of winning. You must be 21 years of age at the time of entry. Sweepstakes begins February 15, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. (CST) and ends May 19, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. (CST).
Complete and submit the entry form on www.evanwilliams.com with your complete name, address, date of birth, phone number and valid e-mail address, or send in an official entry form with your complete name, address, date of birth and phone number, available at participating retail liquor stores, or request an Official Entry Form by sending a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope with postage affixed to: “Hook Your Dream Boat Sweepstakes” Entry Form, PO Box 3, Evansville, IN 47701. (VT and WA residents do not need to include return postage). Entry form may request Entrant to consent to receive promotional e-mails. Entrants’ consent to receive promotional e-mails from Sponsor or other Sweepstakes Entities is optional and is not required to enter or win. Limit one entry per e-mail address, name or household; and one entry per mailing envelope. Mail your entry in a business sized #10 envelope, postage affixed to “Hook Your Dream Boat Sweepstakes”, PO Box 3, Evansville, IN 47701. Duplicate entries will be disregarded. Entries must be e-mailed or postmarked by May 19, 2008. All mail entries must be received no later than May 24, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. CST to be eligible. Only entrants with completed entry forms will be entered for a chance to win. All entries will become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor (Evan Williams® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 1064 Loretto Road, Bardstown, KY 40004) and Sweepstakes Entities (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected, indiscernible, illegible or postage-due mail/entries. Any attempts to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible for the entire contest. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer on-line systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the entry websites or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are postage due, processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site. Proof of entering information at website or proof of e-mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. False and/or deceptive entries or accounts shall render entry ineligible. No entry will be acknowledged or entered into with any entrant by phone, fax, mail, or by any other means not specified herein as a designated means of entry. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. Any Internet or provider usage fees are the sole responsibility of entrant.

CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the terms of service of the web site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of photocopies or mechanically reproduced entry forms, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant eligible for prize and must comply with these Official Rules & Regulations. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, authorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any and/or all of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from those entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. By participating and/or accepting a prize, (a) entrant/winner agrees to these rules and the decision of the judges which shall be final in all respects and (b) releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, participating liquor distributors, wholesalers, brokers, and retail liquor stores; the judging organization and web site host, Mission Data; their subsidiaries, and affiliates in this promotion and members of their immediate families (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and all liability including all claims arising out of, but not limited to, injuries, death or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, enjoyment, ownership, and/or possession stemming from the use of any prize or item of value received in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Indiana, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All entrants to this Sweepstakes agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, U.S.A.

ELIGIBILITY:
Entrant must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the continental United States or District of Columbia (excluding without limitation U.S. residents if located in an overseas military installation, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories or foreign territories) at the time of entry. Sweepstakes void in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Note to California Consumers: Due to California state law restrictions, Sponsor is prohibited from offering you a prize with a value in excess of $5.00. Accordingly, any winner from the State of California will win a Storm® Crankbaits lure in lieu of the Grand, First, Second or Fourth Place Prizes should their name be drawn. ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED CONSISTENT WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS. If a prize cannot be awarded due to entrant's non-compliance with these rules or legal reasons, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Employees (and persons or relatives living in the same household); of the Sponsor; participating liquor distributors, wholesalers, brokers, and retail liquor stores, the web site management and judging organizations; their subsidiaries, and affiliates in this promotion are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

PRIZES:
- Grand Prize (1 awarded): Winner will receive Jason Quinn’s 2007 Nitro Z-9 Tournament Fishing Boat with a Mercury 250 Pro XS engine. The Grand Prize includes delivery of the Fishing Boat by Jason Quinn to Grand Prize winner and a day of fishing with Jason Quinn for Grand Prize winner and guest. Delivery location and date of delivery are to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Delivery of the Fishing Boat and Grand Prize will be completed within 90 days of Grand Prize notification. Any and all costs and expenses associated with the Grand Prize, including but not limited to Winner’s and guest’s transportation to the selected delivery location and any other costs and expenses not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. There will be no compensation made to Winner for the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual retail value of the Boat as of the date of delivery. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Grand Prize Winner agrees to accept the Nitro Z-9 Fishing Boat “AS IS” and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, title fees, registration and valid driver’s license and insurance (proof of which must be shown prior to the Grand Prize Winner taking possession of the Boat). Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other costs involved in registering, claiming or use of the Boat and any and all other costs and expenses not specified herein. (ARV: $45,000.00).
- First Prize (5 awarded): GPS Navigational Unit. (ARV: $150.00).
- Second Prize (10 awarded): Costa Del Mar® sunglasses. (ARV: $150.00).
- Third Prize (25 awarded): Storm Crank Baits (ARV: $5.00).
- Fourth Prize (50 awarded): Evan Williams Hat (ARV: $15.00).
Total ARV of all prizes: $48,125.00.

PRIZE DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 31, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Grand Prize winner will be notified via phone and followed up via certified mail. All other winners will receive their prize via UPS or USPS mail. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and of liability release and a publicity release (where legal) which must be returned within 14 days of written notification or run the risk of the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. Following receipt of the fully executed affidavit and releases, Grand Prize winner will be provided a complete list of available locations and dates for the Boat to be delivered by Sponsor. Such dates and delivery locations will be dependent upon Jason Quinn’s promotional schedule and availability. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of the Boat and Grand Prize within ninety (90) days of Grand Prize notification. When made available to winner, the Nitro Z-9 Fishing Boat will have approximately 100 hours of use. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph or likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation where legal. Grand Prize winner will also be required to provide his/hers social security number on their release form for tax purposes. If the Grand Prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. No transfer or substitution of prize will be made unless Sponsor is unable to fulfill the particular prize due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event of this, a substitute of equal or greater value will be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibilities of winners.
