Chocolate Fondue
1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup heave cream
¼ cup Evan Williams Bourbon
Bring cream to a boil. Stir in chocolate until melted and smooth. Stir in Evan Williams. Serve warm with fresh fruit.
Makes about 4 cups.
