Classic Mint Julep
- 2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- tsp. water
- 2-3 mint sprigs
- shaved ice
Dissolve sugar into water. Bruise mint sprigs with fingers and rim the cup. Fill of cup with shaved ice. Add Bourbon, then sugar solution. Stir gently. Add ice to fill cup. Garnish with mint sprig. |

Evan Old Fashioned
- dash of Angostura Bitters
- tsp. sugar
- 1 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
- 1 oz. splash of soda/water
- cherry
- orange slice
- lemon twist
Build in an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. |

- 2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
- oz. sweet vermouth
- cherry
Stir and stain into pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry. |

Vintage Manhattan
- 1 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon
- 1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
- dash of Angostura Bitters
Fill a shaker with cracked ice and blend. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. |

- splash of ginger ale
- splash of club soda
Pour over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge. |

- oz. sweet vermouth
Fill a shaker with cracked ice and blend. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry. |

Hot Toddy
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
- 3 oz. boiling water
- lemon juice (optional)
Serve in a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick. |

Frozen Bourbon Ball
- 1 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
- 1 oz. DuBouchett Crme de Cocoa (dark)
- vanilla ice cream
Mix together in blender with two scoops of ice cream until smooth. |

Evan's White-Chocolate Cafe au Lait
- 6 - 2 oz. servings white chocolate, melted
- 6 cup servings steamed or scalded whole milk
- 6 tbsp. espresso
- 6 tsp. sugar or cinnamon
- 6 - 1 oz. servings Evan Williams Bourbon
Pour the melted chocolate into six 12 oz. mugs or coffee cups. Add scalded milk, espresso and Evan Williams Bourbon to each and stir. Top each serving with sugar, cinnamon, chocolate shavings and cinnamon sticks. Serve immediately.

- 1 oz. Irish cream liquor

- 2 oz. DuBouchett Crème de Cocoa
- 1 oz. hazelnut liquor
Fill a shaker with cracked ice and blend. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with two Bourbon ball chocolates skewered on a pick. |

- splash of triple sec
- splash of sweet & sour mix
Fill a shaker with cracked ice and blend. Garnish with a lime wedge. Salt optional. |

Pour Margarita mix over ice. Blend. Garnish with a cherry or lime wedge. Salt is optional. |
