Shipping:
Your order will be shipped by ground shipping service only. We can not offer express services as we do not ship daily. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for shipment. If the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail within three business days to let you know appproximately when your item will ship or to make alternative arrangments. EvanWilliams.com cannot guarantee delivery of your product. Once your product has been picked up by the shipper at our location, it is the responsiblity of the shipper to deliver the product to you. Returns:
All requests for return must be pre-approved by EvanWilliams.com. In general any unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. If any of the products have been opened and you ship it back, a refund will not be issued. Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Cancelling Orders:
You can cancel any order prior to shipping if the status of your order is "processing." If the status of your orders is listed as "shipped," then the order is already on it's way to you. If this is the case, a "return" will have to take place in order to obtain a refund. To cancel an order send an e-mail to info@EvanWilliams.com quoting your order number.
